Por favor, lea estos Términos y Condiciones detenidamente.
Estos Términos y condiciones, tomados junto con la Exoneración, constituyen un acuerdo vinculante en cuanto a su participación en el Nike After Dark Tour Mexico City (“After Dark”). After Dark consistirá en una carrera de 21 kilómetros (la “Carrera”) y una celebración posterior a la carrera (la “Celebración”) (colectivamente, el “Evento”).
NO PARTICIPE EN EL EVENTO A MENOS QUE HAYA LEÍDO, ENTENDIDO Y ACEPTE ESTOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES, ASÍ COMO LA EXONERACIÓN.
Estos Términos y condiciones y la Exención del participante reemplazan cualquier entendimiento o acuerdo previo, ya sea oral o escrito.
Al considerar la oportunidad de participar en el Evento organizado por Nike, Inc. (“Nike”), reconozco, garantizo y acepto lo siguiente:
RESUMEN DE PARTICIPACIÓN
1. Solicitud de Carrera: Todas las participantes deben proporcionar información precisa, incluyendo edad y datos de contacto de emergencia al completar la solicitud del Evento.
2. Apertura y Cierre del Registro: Las solicitudes para participar en el Evento se aceptarán desde el 8 de enero de 2025 a las 2:00pm hasta agotar lugares.
3. Requisito de Ritmo y Finalización del Recorrido: Las participantes seleccionadas deben ser capaces de completar la distancia total de 21 kilómetros. El ritmo mínimo requerido es de 10 minutos por kilómetro.
4. Restricciones de Edad: Para registrarse, debe tener al menos 18 años cumplidos el 20 de junio de 2025.
5. Acuerdo de Liberación del Participante: Cada participante debe leer y aceptar/firma dicho acuerdo durante el proceso de registro.
6. Transferencia de Inscripciones: Las inscripciones y números de BIB no son transferibles ni pueden ser intercambiados o vendidos. La venta o transferencia de inscripciones para la Carrera o números de BIB está estrictamente prohibida y resultará en descalificación y/o prohibición de futuros eventos.
7. Reembolsos: La tarifa de registro para la Carrera no es reembolsable.
8. Cancelación del Evento: La Carrera o Celebración pueden posponerse, modificarse o cancelarse debido a circunstancias fuera del control razonable de Nike, como guerras, epidemias, disturbios civiles, terrorismo, cenizas volcánicas, tormentas eléctricas o condiciones climáticas extremas. En caso de modificación o cancelación, Nike no será responsable de los costos incurridos por el participante, incluidos viajes, alojamiento u otros gastos.
9. Recolección de Números/BIB: Las participantes deben recoger sus propios paquetes. Se debe presentar una identificación para recoger el paquete. Si algún participante no puede recoger el paquete, puede mandar a alguien siempre y cuando lleve la documentación correcta. La persona que vaya a recoger el kit, deberá llevar la exoneración firmada (ya sea código QR o física), fotocopia de la identificación de la persona que recoge y de la persona que corre y comprobante de inscripción.
DÍA DE LA CARRERA
1. Plataforma de arranque: Las participantes deben presentarse en los corrales asignados según su mejor ritmo y entrar en los puntos designados antes del cierre de los mismos.
2. Inicio de la Carrera: La Carrera comenzará con un sonido de bocina. Todas las participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del oficial de inicio.
3. Marcado del Recorrido: Las participantes deben permanecer dentro de los límites designados del recorrido. El incumplimiento puede resultar en descalificación.
4. Tiempos Oficiales: Los tiempos oficiales determinarán a las ganadoras absolutas de la competencia, siempre y cuando hayan cumplido con la ruta marcada.
5. Drones y Dispositivos: No se permite el uso de drones, dispositivos no tripulados o similares en o cerca del recorrido.
6. Dispositivos con Ruedas: No se permiten coches, patines, bicicletas u otros dispositivos con ruedas no autorizados en el recorrido.
SEGURIDAD
1. Personal del Evento: Las participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del personal del Evento, incluidos médicos, policías, oficiales de seguridad, y protección civil.
2. Atención Médica: El personal médico puede retirar a cualquier participante que, según su criterio, esté en riesgo.
CONDUCTA Y SANCIONES
1. Conducta: se espera que las participantes actúen de manera apropiada. El comportamiento ofensivo, engañoso o no deportivo puede resultar en descalificación.
2. Asistencia No Autorizada: Cualquier participante que reciba asistencia no autorizada puede ser descalificado.
3. Artículos Prohibidos: Los artículos no permitidos incluyen bolsas que excedan el tamaño permitido y otros indicados por las políticas del lugar del Evento. A continuación, se enlistan los artículos prohibidos:
- Perros
- Mascotas
- Carriolas
- Bicicletas
- Patines
- Envases de vidrio
- Sombrillas o paraguas
- Alimentos y bebidas
- Objetos con punzo cortante
Estas Reglas Oficiales están sujetas a cambios a discreción de Nike, Inc. El incumplimiento de las mismas resultará en descalificación inmediata.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions, along with the waiver, constitute a binding agreement regarding your participation in the Nike After Dark Tour Mexico City (“After Dark”). After Dark will consist of a 21-kilometer race (the “Race”) and a post-race celebration (the “Celebration”) (collectively, the “Event”).
DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT UNLESS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS THE PARTICIPANT WAIVER.
These Terms and Conditions and the Participant Waiver supersede any prior understanding or agreement, whether oral or written.
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event organized by Nike, Inc. (“Nike”), I acknowledge, warrant, and agree to the following:
PARTICIPATION SUMMARY
1. Race Application: All participants must provide accurate information, including age, gender, and emergency contact details when completing the Event application.
2. Registration Opening and Closing: Applications for the Event will be accepted from January 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM until 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025.
3. Pace and Course Completion Requirement: Selected participants must be able to complete the full 21-kilometer distance. The minimum required pace is 10 minutes per kilometer.
4. Age Restrictions: To register, you must be at least 18 years old by June 20, 2025.
5. Participant Release Agreement: Each participant must read and accept/sign the agreement during the registration process.
6. Registration Transfers: Registrations and bib numbers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or sold. Selling or transferring race registrations or BIB numbers is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and/or a ban from future events.
7. Refunds: All race registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Event Cancellation: The Race or Celebration may be postponed, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond Nike’s reasonable control, such as wars, epidemics, civil unrest, terrorism, volcanic ash, thunderstorms, or extreme weather conditions. In the case of modification or cancellation, Nike will not be responsible for costs incurred by the participant, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
9. BIB Number Pick-Up: Participants must collect their own packages. Identification must be presented to collect the package. If a participant is unable to pick up the package, they may send someone else provided the correct documentation is presented. The person collecting the packet must bring the signed waiver (QR code or physical), a photocopy of the ID of both the collector and the runner, and the registration proof.
RACE DAY
1. Starting Platform: Participants must report to their assigned corrals based on their best pace and enter at designated points before the corrals close.
2. Race Start: The Race will begin with a horn sound. All participants must follow the starter official’s instructions.
3. Course Marking: Participants must stay within the designated course boundaries. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
4. Official Times: The official times will determine the absolute winners of the competition, as long as they have complied with the marked route.
5. Drones and Devices: The use of drones, unmanned devices, or similar is not allowed on or near the course.
6. Wheeled Devices: Unauthorized wheeled devices such as strollers, skates, and bicycles are not allowed on the course.
SAFETY
1. Event Personnel: Participants must follow the instructions of Event personnel, including medical staff, police officers, and security and civil protection officials.
2. Medical Attention: Medical personnel may remove any participant who, at their discretion, is at risk.
CONDUCT AND PENALTIES
1. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave appropriately. Offensive, deceitful, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.
2. Unauthorized Assistance: Any participant receiving unauthorized assistance may be disqualified.
3. Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include bags exceeding the allowed size and others listed in the Event venue policies. Prohibited items include:
• Dogs
• Pets
• Strollers
• Bicycles
• Skates
• Glass containers
• Umbrellas
• Food and beverages
• Sharp objects
These Official Rules are subject to change at the discretion of Nike, Inc. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.
