참가 자격 본 ‘After Dark Tour Seoul 10K’ 는 참가 신청일 기준 만 19세 이상의 대한민국 국적 여성만 참가할 수 있습니다. 성별 및 연령에 대한 허위 제출을 통한 신청 및 참가는 무효이며 대회 운영상 업무 방해에 대한 민형사상 책임을 부담할 수 있습니다. 본 세션 참가는 본 공식 규정에 대한 참가자의 전적이고 무조건적인 동의에 해당하며, 이는 본 프로그램과 관련된 모든 사안에 대해 최종적이며 구속력을 가집니다.
이벤트 상세 일자 ‘After Dark Tour Seoul 10K’ 상세 일자는 아래와 같습니다. 2025년 5월 10일 (토요일) 오후 7시 : 부스 운영, 레이스 및 공연 (자세한 시간은 추후 공지됩니다)
접수 방법 2025년 1월 9일 오전 5시부터 1월 31일 오후 23시 59분까지 나이키 앱과 나이키 닷컴을 통해 레이스 신청을 접수합니다. 신청 시 입력한 정보는 수정할 수 없으며 취소를 희망할 시, 접수 기간 내에 운영 사무국에 접수를 해야 합니다. 또한 접수를 완료하였다고 해서 반드시 레이스에 참여할 수 있는 것은 아니며, 최종 선정된 7,000명에게만 이메일과 문자를 통해 별도 고지가 있을 예정입니다.
당첨자 안내 최종 당첨자는2월 8일에 이메일과 문자로 공지됩니다. 당첨자는 랜덤으로 선정되며, 접수 및 선정자 발표 이후 추가 신청은 받지 않습니다. 1월 접수 기간 중 입력된 카드 정보로 최종 당첨자로 선정된 7,000명에 한하여 2월 8일에 등록된 카드로 실제 결제가 진행됩니다. 결제 시도시 결제가 이루어지지 않을 경우 사유를 불문하고 당첨은 무효로 되며 다른 참가자에게 참가 기회가 부여됩니다. 카드 정보를 포함하여 등록 시 입력한 일부 정보는 개별적으로 변경할 수 없고 신청을 철회할 수 없습니다. 또한 당첨자 분들은 2월 8일 결제진행 이후에 참가신청을 취소 및 환불 할 수 없으니 이 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.
그 외 유의 사항 본 세션은 신청을 통해 선정된 인원에 한해 서울시 영등포구 여의도동에서 진행되는 마라톤 행사입니다. 세션 진행시 과정이 촬영, 녹음, 녹화되어 추후 미디어를 통해 편집된 영상이 일부 공개될 수 있습니다. 세션 참가자는 본인의 이름, 목소리, 실연, 사진, 그리고 초상권이 현재 있는 혹은 앞으로 알려질 어떠한 형태의 미디어 또는 포맷으로 광고, 홍보, 트레이드 그리고/혹은 다른 목적으로 추가 보상이나 동의, 또는 고지 없이 사용되는 것에 동의합니다. 본 행사 신청을 위해서는 나이키닷컴 회원 인증 및 개인정보 활용동의, 초상권 활용 동의가 필수적입니다. 해당 행사는 기상 상황에 따라서 임의 변경, 취소될 수 있습니다.
분쟁 해결 참가자는 세션 또는 모든 리워드에 관련되거나 그로부터 발생한 모든 분쟁, 클레임, 그리고 소송 사유에 대하여 집단 소송의 형태에 의하지 않고 개별적으로 서울중앙지방법원을 전속관할로 하여 해결하는 것에 동의합니다.

[TERMS OF USE]
1. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
The “After Dark Tour Seoul 10K“ is open exclusively to female participants of South Korean nationality who are 19 years of age or older as of the registration date. Applications or participation based on falsified information regarding gender or age will be deemed invalid. Such actions may result in civil and criminal liability for obstructing event operations. By participating in this event, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to the official rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the program.
2. EVENT DATE AND DETAILS
The detailed schedule for the “After Dark Tour Seoul 10K“ is as follows: Saturday, May 10, 2025, 7:00 PM: Booth operations, race, and performances (Specific timings will be announced later).
3. REGISTRATION PROCESS Race registration for the “After Dark Tour Seoul 10K“ will be open from 5:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025, via the Nike App and Nike.com. Information entered during registration cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel your registration, you must contact the event operation office within the registration period. Please note that completing the registration process does not guarantee participation in the race. Only 7,000 selected participants will receive a separate notification via email and text message.
4. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Final winners will be notified via email and text message on February 8th. Winners will be randomly selected, and no additional applications will be accepted after the registration period and winner announcement. For the 7,000 selected winners, the payment will be processed on February 8th using the card information entered during the January registration period. If the payment attempt fails for any reason, the selection will be deemed invalid, and the opportunity will be given to another participant. Some information entered during registration, including card details, cannot be individually modified or withdrawn. Additionally, please note that once payment is processed on February 8, cancellations or refunds for race registration will not be accepted.
5. OTHER NOTICES
This session is a marathon event held in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and is open only to those selected through the registration process. During the session, the event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed, and portions of the footage may be edited and released through media platforms. By participating in the session, participants consent to the use of their names, voices, performances, photos, and likenesses in any current or future form of media or format for advertising, promotions, trade, and/or other purposes without additional compensation, consent, or notice. Registration for this event requires Nike.com membership verification, agreement to the use of personal information, and consent to the use of likeness rights. The event is subject to change or cancellation depending on weather conditions.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Participants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to the session or any rewards shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court.
7. PARTICIPANT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected from participants will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Nike Korea LLC. The Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.nike.com/kr/ko_kr/cscenter/privacyAndTerms.

본 “참가자 면책 양식”에 있어 “행사”는 본인이 참가하는 ‘행사명: After Dark Tour Seoul 10K’을 의미하며, 해당 행사 장소 간의 이동과 행사의 일환으로 진행하는 레이스, 제품 트라이얼, 부스 참여, 트레이닝 세션 등 기타 행사와 관련된 모든 행위들 및 본인의 행사 참가행위 등을 모두 포괄합니다. 본 행사에 참여함에 있어 본인은 다음의 내용에 대해 인지하고 동의합니다.
위험에 대한 인지 행사에 참여하거나 참관하는 것은 사고나 개인적인 신체 부상(사망 포함) 및 재산의 손실이나 손해가 발생할 수 있다는 위험이 잠재되어 있다는 점을 의미합니다. 이러한 위험의 결과는 본인의 행동이나 부작위, 타인의 행동이나 부작위, 경기 규칙, 시설물이나 장비의 상태에 따라 야기될 수 있습니다. 또한 지금 본인에게 알려지지 않았거나 지금 예측하기 힘든 기타 위험들이 있을 수 있습니다. 본인은 본 행사에 잠재되어 있는 위험의 성격이나 범위에 대해 충분히 심사숙고하였고, 자발적으로 모든 위험을 감수하기로 선택하였으며, 본인의 인지 여부를 불문하고, 해당 위험이 면책 상대방(아래에서 정의됨)이나 제3자의 과실에 의하여 야기된 경우에도 마찬가지로 모든 책임은 행사에 참가한 본인의 책임으로 의제하기로 합니다. 본인은 비상시나 특정 상황이 발생했을 때, 현장에 직접적인 목격자가 의료 시술의 필요성을 느낀다는 판단을 할 때 이를 동의합니다. 또한 본인은 이와 같은 모든 의료 행위와 관련된 모든 비용에 대한 지불에 동의하며, 면책 상대방을 의료 행위와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 비용 및 분쟁으로부터 완전히 면책하고 모든 손실로부터 면책 상대방들이 손해를 입지 않게 할 것을 동의합니다.
법적 책임으로부터 면책 본인은 스스로 그리고 본인의 상속인, 재산관리인, 보험회사, 승계인, 양수인을 대신해 Nike, Inc. 및 Nike, Inc.의 계열사와 자회사 및 이에 속해 있는 각 임원, 이사, 주주, 피고용자, 하도급자, 유통업자, 대리인, 계약자, 승계인, 양수인, 보증인, 모든 행사 후원자, 직원, 봉사자, 그리고 행사와 관련된 부동산의 소유자 또는 임대인(포괄하여 “면책 상대방”)들을 포함해 본인이 받는 어떠한 개인적 손상이나 신체의 장애, 부상, 사망 혹은 어떤 방향으로든 행사와 연관된 인적 또는 재산적 손실 혹은 손해에 관한 피해를 포함해, 그것이 면책 상대방 일부나 전부의 과실에서 비롯된 것인지 여부에 상관 없이, 법률이 허용하는 최대한도까지, 면책 상대방을 완전하고 영구적으로 면책합니다.
기록과 기록의 사용, 이름 그리고 행사정보에 대한 권한 본인은 Nike Inc., 그 계열사, 자회사, 승계인, 양수인, 저작권자(포괄하여 “나이키”)에게 필름, 사진, 동영상촬영과 혹은 본인의 이미지와 목소리, 아바타, 이름, 생물학적인 데이터, 실루엣, 신체 치수, 외형, 자세, 그리고 행사에서의 기타 다른 상황에 대한 기록(포괄하여 “기록”)을 기록할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다. 또한 본인은 나이키에게 전 세계적으로, 또 영구적으로, 모든 미디어와 현재 사용되거나 미래에 발전될 어떠한 방식으로든, 행사와 관련 여부를 떠나, 이에 대한 어떤 추가적 보상 없이, 부분적이거나 전체적인 결과물(또는 그 재생산물)의 사용을 위하여 저작권 등록, 사용, 타인의 사용을 위한 양도 내지 라이센스 부여에 관한 권리를 부여합니다. 본인은 본인의 이름이나 본인에 관련된 기록을 수정하거나 기록하는 것에 관한 어떠한 권한이나 허가와 법적인 권리도 없음을 선언합니다. 나이키는 본인이 부여한 권리를 사용할 어떠한 의무도 없습니다. 본인은 이 내용에 관련하여 나이키가 제3자로부터 승인을 얻거나 제3자에게 비용을 지급할 필요가 없음을 보증합니다.
논평, 피드백 그리고 의견의 사용 대한 허가 본인은 나이키에게 모든 논평, 피드백 그리고 본인이 나이키와 공유할 수 있는 의견에 관하여, 본인에 대한 어떠한 통지, 보상, 승인 없이, 개발, 제조, 제품과 서비스에 대한 홍보, 창조, 수정, 제품 및 서비스에 대한 개선을 포함하여 이에 한정되지 않는 어떠한 목적을 위하여 사용할 수 있는 모든 권리를 영구적으로 부여합니다.
분쟁 해결 본인과 어떤 면책 상대방(상기 정의)간에 어떠한 분쟁이 생길 경우에, 이와 같은 분쟁은 양측 당사자가 다른 관할에 합의하지 않는 한 서울중앙지방법원이 배타적 전속적 제1심 재판 관할권을 가집니다.
보험 주최 측은 부상, 사고 등을 대비하여 참가자를 대상으로 상해보험에 가입하고, 각종 안전사고에 대비한 안전요원과 구급차를 배치합니다. 하지만 대회 중 발생한 부상 및 사고에 대해 응급조치와 더불어 보험약관이 보장하는 한도 내에서 보상하는 것 외에는 주최 측에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 레이스 보험에 가입하신 참가자분들의 보험 적용은 다음과 같습니다.
◎ 행사 당일: 당일 운영본부에 접수된 사고에 한해서만 적용 ◎ 행사 이후: 행사 후 3일 이내 사무국으로 접수된 사고에만 적용
[PARTICIPANT WAIVER] In this “Participant Waiver Form,“, the “Event“ means the “Event Name: After Dark Tour Seoul 10K“ in which the participant is involved, and includes all activities related to the event, such as traveling between event locations, participating in races, product trials, booth participation, training sessions, and any other activities related to the event, as well as the participant’s involvement in the event. In participating in this event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS Participation in or attendance at the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury (including death) and damage to or loss of property. These risks may arise from your own actions, nonfeasance, the actions of others, the rules of the event or the condition of the facilities and equipment. In addition, there may be risks that are not immediately apparent or foreseeable. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all of these risks. Whether or not you are aware of them, you agree that if these risks are caused by the negligence of the Releasees (as defined below) or any third party, you will be solely responsible for the consequences. In the event of an emergency or situation requiring medical attention, you agree to allow local witnesses to make the medical treatment decision. You also agree to pay all costs associated with such medical treatment and to indemnify and hold harmless the Waiver Parties from any claims or disputes related to such medical treatment. 2. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSES FROM LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY By participating in the event, you and your heirs, estate managers, insurance companies, successors, and assigns agree to release and hold harmless Nike Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, distributors, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, guarantor, sponsors, volunteers, and any property owners or lessors related to the event (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any personal injury, disability, death, or property damage or loss. This applies whether caused by your actions or omissions, the actions or omissions of others, the event rules, or the condition of the facilities and equipment, including any negligence on the part of the Indemnified Parties. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks and fully waive any claims or liabilities against the Indemnified Parties permitted by law. 3. RIGHTS TO RECORDS, USE OF RECORDS, NAME, AND EVENT INFORMATION You grant Nike Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and authorized licensors (collectively “Nike”) the right to capture and use recordings of your image, voice, avatar, name, biological data, silhouette, body measurements, appearance, posture, and any other personal data or event-related materials (collectively referred to as “Records”), including film, photos, and videos. Additionally, you grant Nike the global and perpetual right, without any further compensation, to register copyrights, use, sublicense, or transfer the Records (or any reproductions thereof) in whole or in part, in any media currently existing or developed in the future, regardless of whether they are related to the event. You acknowledge that you have no rights or permissions regarding the editing, recording, or use of your name or Records associated with you. Nike is under no obligation to use the rights you have granted. You further warrant that Nike is not required to obtain approval from or compensate any third party concerning this matter. 4. LICENSE TO USE COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUGGESTIONS You grant Nike the permanent and worldwide right to use any comments, feedback, or suggestions you provide to Nike, without notice, compensation, or approval, for purposes including but not limited to product development, manufacturing, advertising, creating, modifying, and improving products and services. 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of a dispute between you and any Indemnified Parties (as defined above), the Seoul Central District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter unless both parties agree to an alternative jurisdiction. 6. INSURANCE The organizers will provide accident insurance for participants to cover injuries, accidents, and other unforeseen incidents. Safety personnel and ambulances will also be stationed to address potential safety issues. However, the organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents beyond emergency measures and compensation within the coverage limits of the insurance policy. Insurance coverage for race participants is as follows: ◎ Event Day: Only incidents reported to the operations office on the day of the event are covered. ◎ Post-Event: Only incidents reported to the operations office within 3 days after the event are covered. [초상권 사용 동의] 본 행사에서 촬영, 녹화, 녹음 된 사진과 동영상이 NIKE 행사 관련 홍보 및 마케팅에 활용될 수 있습니다. 단, 참가자의 초상권은 NIKE에서 의뢰한 업체 이외에 다른 기관에 공개하지 않으며, 나이키에서 주최하는 행사관련 홍보활동에만 활용되도록 철저히 관리 운영됩니다. a. 면책 본 행사와 관련하여 발생한 모든 분쟁, 클레임, 소송 등은 신청자 본인이 개별적으로 해결해야 하며, 관련하여 발생하는 어떠한 청구, 금액, 경비, 손해 혹은 비용 (소송 비용 및 관련 법적, 변호사 비용까지 포함)에 대해서 NIKE의 배상 및 보상 책임을 면책합니다. b. 해석 및 준거법 등 본 약관의 해석, 유효성, 참가자의 권리와 의무에 대한 모든 사항 등은 대한민국법을 적용하여 해석합니다. [CONSENT TO USE OF LIKENESS] Photos, videos and records taken during the event may be used for Nike event-related promotional and marketing purposes. However, participants‘ likenesses will not be shared with any entity other than those commissioned by Nike, and the use of these materials will be strictly managed for Nike-sponsored event promotion only. a. Indemnification Any disputes, claims, or lawsuits arising from this event must be resolved individually by the participant, and the participant agrees to indemnify Nike from any claims, amounts, expenses, damages, or costs (including legal fees and attorney costs) related to such disputes. b. Interpretation and Governing Law The interpretation, validity, and all matters concerning the rights and obligations of the participant under these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

During the session, the event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed, and portions of the footage may be edited and released through media platforms. By participating in the session, participants consent to the use of their names, voices, performances, photos, and likenesses in any current or future form of media or format for advertising, promotions, trade, and/or other purposes without additional compensation, consent, or notice. Registration for this event requires Nike.com membership verification, agreement to the use of personal information, and consent to the use of likeness rights. The event is subject to change or cancellation depending on weather conditions.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Participants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to the session or any rewards shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court.

본 “참가자 면책 양식”에 있어 “행사”는 본인이 참가하는 ‘행사명: After Dark Tour Seoul 10K’을 의미하며, 해당 행사 장소 간의 이동과 행사의 일환으로 진행하는 레이스, 제품 트라이얼, 부스 참여, 트레이닝 세션 등 기타 행사와 관련된 모든 행위들 및 본인의 행사 참가행위 등을 모두 포괄합니다. 본 행사에 참여함에 있어 본인은 다음의 내용에 대해 인지하고 동의합니다.
위험에 대한 인지 행사에 참여하거나 참관하는 것은 사고나 개인적인 신체 부상(사망 포함) 및 재산의 손실이나 손해가 발생할 수 있다는 위험이 잠재되어 있다는 점을 의미합니다. 이러한 위험의 결과는 본인의 행동이나 부작위, 타인의 행동이나 부작위, 경기 규칙, 시설물이나 장비의 상태에 따라 야기될 수 있습니다. 또한 지금 본인에게 알려지지 않았거나 지금 예측하기 힘든 기타 위험들이 있을 수 있습니다. 본인은 본 행사에 잠재되어 있는 위험의 성격이나 범위에 대해 충분히 심사숙고하였고, 자발적으로 모든 위험을 감수하기로 선택하였으며, 본인의 인지 여부를 불문하고, 해당 위험이 면책 상대방(아래에서 정의됨)이나 제3자의 과실에 의하여 야기된 경우에도 마찬가지로 모든 책임은 행사에 참가한 본인의 책임으로 의제하기로 합니다. 본인은 비상시나 특정 상황이 발생했을 때, 현장에 직접적인 목격자가 의료 시술의 필요성을 느낀다는 판단을 할 때 이를 동의합니다. 또한 본인은 이와 같은 모든 의료 행위와 관련된 모든 비용에 대한 지불에 동의하며, 면책 상대방을 의료 행위와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 비용 및 분쟁으로부터 완전히 면책하고 모든 손실로부터 면책 상대방들이 손해를 입지 않게 할 것을 동의합니다.
법적 책임으로부터 면책 본인은 스스로 그리고 본인의 상속인, 재산관리인, 보험회사, 승계인, 양수인을 대신해 Nike, Inc. 및 Nike, Inc.의 계열사와 자회사 및 이에 속해 있는 각 임원, 이사, 주주, 피고용자, 하도급자, 유통업자, 대리인, 계약자, 승계인, 양수인, 보증인, 모든 행사 후원자, 직원, 봉사자, 그리고 행사와 관련된 부동산의 소유자 또는 임대인(포괄하여 “면책 상대방”)들을 포함해 본인이 받는 어떠한 개인적 손상이나 신체의 장애, 부상, 사망 혹은 어떤 방향으로든 행사와 연관된 인적 또는 재산적 손실 혹은 손해에 관한 피해를 포함해, 그것이 면책 상대방 일부나 전부의 과실에서 비롯된 것인지 여부에 상관 없이, 법률이 허용하는 최대한도까지, 면책 상대방을 완전하고 영구적으로 면책합니다.
기록과 기록의 사용, 이름 그리고 행사정보에 대한 권한 본인은 Nike Inc., 그 계열사, 자회사, 승계인, 양수인, 저작권자(포괄하여 “나이키”)에게 필름, 사진, 동영상촬영과 혹은 본인의 이미지와 목소리, 아바타, 이름, 생물학적인 데이터, 실루엣, 신체 치수, 외형, 자세, 그리고 행사에서의 기타 다른 상황에 대한 기록(포괄하여 “기록”)을 기록할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다. 또한 본인은 나이키에게 전 세계적으로, 또 영구적으로, 모든 미디어와 현재 사용되거나 미래에 발전될 어떠한 방식으로든, 행사와 관련 여부를 떠나, 이에 대한 어떤 추가적 보상 없이, 부분적이거나 전체적인 결과물(또는 그 재생산물)의 사용을 위하여 저작권 등록, 사용, 타인의 사용을 위한 양도 내지 라이센스 부여에 관한 권리를 부여합니다. 본인은 본인의 이름이나 본인에 관련된 기록을 수정하거나 기록하는 것에 관한 어떠한 권한이나 허가와 법적인 권리도 없음을 선언합니다. 나이키는 본인이 부여한 권리를 사용할 어떠한 의무도 없습니다. 본인은 이 내용에 관련하여 나이키가 제3자로부터 승인을 얻거나 제3자에게 비용을 지급할 필요가 없음을 보증합니다.
논평, 피드백 그리고 의견의 사용 대한 허가 본인은 나이키에게 모든 논평, 피드백 그리고 본인이 나이키와 공유할 수 있는 의견에 관하여, 본인에 대한 어떠한 통지, 보상, 승인 없이, 개발, 제조, 제품과 서비스에 대한 홍보, 창조, 수정, 제품 및 서비스에 대한 개선을 포함하여 이에 한정되지 않는 어떠한 목적을 위하여 사용할 수 있는 모든 권리를 영구적으로 부여합니다.
분쟁 해결 본인과 어떤 면책 상대방(상기 정의)간에 어떠한 분쟁이 생길 경우에, 이와 같은 분쟁은 양측 당사자가 다른 관할에 합의하지 않는 한 서울중앙지방법원이 배타적 전속적 제1심 재판 관할권을 가집니다.
보험 주최 측은 부상, 사고 등을 대비하여 참가자를 대상으로 상해보험에 가입하고, 각종 안전사고에 대비한 안전요원과 구급차를 배치합니다. 하지만 대회 중 발생한 부상 및 사고에 대해 응급조치와 더불어 보험약관이 보장하는 한도 내에서 보상하는 것 외에는 주최 측에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 레이스 보험에 가입하신 참가자분들의 보험 적용은 다음과 같습니다.
◎ 행사 당일: 당일 운영본부에 접수된 사고에 한해서만 적용 ◎ 행사 이후: 행사 후 3일 이내 사무국으로 접수된 사고에만 적용
[PARTICIPANT WAIVER] In this “Participant Waiver Form,“, the “Event“ means the “Event Name: After Dark Tour Seoul 10K“ in which the participant is involved, and includes all activities related to the event, such as traveling between event locations, participating in races, product trials, booth participation, training sessions, and any other activities related to the event, as well as the participant’s involvement in the event. In participating in this event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS Participation in or attendance at the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury (including death) and damage to or loss of property. These risks may arise from your own actions, nonfeasance, the actions of others, the rules of the event or the condition of the facilities and equipment. In addition, there may be risks that are not immediately apparent or foreseeable. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all of these risks. Whether or not you are aware of them, you agree that if these risks are caused by the negligence of the Releasees (as defined below) or any third party, you will be solely responsible for the consequences. In the event of an emergency or situation requiring medical attention, you agree to allow local witnesses to make the medical treatment decision. You also agree to pay all costs associated with such medical treatment and to indemnify and hold harmless the Waiver Parties from any claims or disputes related to such medical treatment. 2. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSES FROM LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY By participating in the event, you and your heirs, estate managers, insurance companies, successors, and assigns agree to release and hold harmless Nike Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, distributors, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, guarantor, sponsors, volunteers, and any property owners or lessors related to the event (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any personal injury, disability, death, or property damage or loss. This applies whether caused by your actions or omissions, the actions or omissions of others, the event rules, or the condition of the facilities and equipment, including any negligence on the part of the Indemnified Parties. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks and fully waive any claims or liabilities against the Indemnified Parties permitted by law. 3. RIGHTS TO RECORDS, USE OF RECORDS, NAME, AND EVENT INFORMATION You grant Nike Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and authorized licensors (collectively “Nike”) the right to capture and use recordings of your image, voice, avatar, name, biological data, silhouette, body measurements, appearance, posture, and any other personal data or event-related materials (collectively referred to as “Records”), including film, photos, and videos. Additionally, you grant Nike the global and perpetual right, without any further compensation, to register copyrights, use, sublicense, or transfer the Records (or any reproductions thereof) in whole or in part, in any media currently existing or developed in the future, regardless of whether they are related to the event. You acknowledge that you have no rights or permissions regarding the editing, recording, or use of your name or Records associated with you. Nike is under no obligation to use the rights you have granted. You further warrant that Nike is not required to obtain approval from or compensate any third party concerning this matter. 4. LICENSE TO USE COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUGGESTIONS You grant Nike the permanent and worldwide right to use any comments, feedback, or suggestions you provide to Nike, without notice, compensation, or approval, for purposes including but not limited to product development, manufacturing, advertising, creating, modifying, and improving products and services. 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of a dispute between you and any Indemnified Parties (as defined above), the Seoul Central District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter unless both parties agree to an alternative jurisdiction. 6. INSURANCE The organizers will provide accident insurance for participants to cover injuries, accidents, and other unforeseen incidents. Safety personnel and ambulances will also be stationed to address potential safety issues. However, the organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents beyond emergency measures and compensation within the coverage limits of the insurance policy. Insurance coverage for race participants is as follows: ◎ Event Day: Only incidents reported to the operations office on the day of the event are covered. ◎ Post-Event: Only incidents reported to the operations office within 3 days after the event are covered. [초상권 사용 동의] 본 행사에서 촬영, 녹화, 녹음 된 사진과 동영상이 NIKE 행사 관련 홍보 및 마케팅에 활용될 수 있습니다. 단, 참가자의 초상권은 NIKE에서 의뢰한 업체 이외에 다른 기관에 공개하지 않으며, 나이키에서 주최하는 행사관련 홍보활동에만 활용되도록 철저히 관리 운영됩니다. a. 면책 본 행사와 관련하여 발생한 모든 분쟁, 클레임, 소송 등은 신청자 본인이 개별적으로 해결해야 하며, 관련하여 발생하는 어떠한 청구, 금액, 경비, 손해 혹은 비용 (소송 비용 및 관련 법적, 변호사 비용까지 포함)에 대해서 NIKE의 배상 및 보상 책임을 면책합니다. b. 해석 및 준거법 등 본 약관의 해석, 유효성, 참가자의 권리와 의무에 대한 모든 사항 등은 대한민국법을 적용하여 해석합니다. [CONSENT TO USE OF LIKENESS] Photos, videos and records taken during the event may be used for Nike event-related promotional and marketing purposes. However, participants‘ likenesses will not be shared with any entity other than those commissioned by Nike, and the use of these materials will be strictly managed for Nike-sponsored event promotion only. a. Indemnification Any disputes, claims, or lawsuits arising from this event must be resolved individually by the participant, and the participant agrees to indemnify Nike from any claims, amounts, expenses, damages, or costs (including legal fees and attorney costs) related to such disputes. b. Interpretation and Governing Law The interpretation, validity, and all matters concerning the rights and obligations of the participant under these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
